These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of trimichiana.com and the triMichiana SMS program. By using our website, volunteering with us, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
triMichiana provides race management and timing services from 12743 Heather Park Drive, Suite 105, Granger, IN 46530. Questions: info@trimichiana.com.
SMS program
Our SMS program is used for volunteer communications and confirmations, including assignment details, schedule updates, and related operational messages. We may also send race results and event reminders to people who opt in for those messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of volunteering, registering, or purchasing any goods or services.
How to opt in
You may opt in to SMS by:
- Completing a web form and checking a box that confirms you agree to receive text messages from triMichiana
- Providing verbal consent, such as at packet pickup, volunteer check in, or another in-person event operation
How to opt out and get help
- Text STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS from that program unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless providers. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device settings.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to our events and services. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Event details, schedules, and results are provided for informational purposes. We try to keep information accurate, but content may change and is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, triMichiana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or SMS program, including undelivered or delayed messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website or SMS program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
